Jeff Katis

Jeff Katis is a leader and innovator in the franchise industry that delivers a unique combination of education and lead generation sources that help franchisors, multi-unit franchisees, and suppliers achieve growth. With over 12 years of experience in the franchise industry, Jeff has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of franchise systems and suppliers nationally to help improve their lead generation & franchise marketing efforts through targeted online, print, and conference program campaigns. Prior to joining Franchise Update Media in 2007, he served as Director of Franchise Sales at Raving Brands after leading FoodFranchise.com to become one of the top advertising portals in the industry from 2002-2005.
Jeff received his undergraduate degree in International Business with a concentration in Marketing from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
Jim Mastrandea
Group Show Director, MFV Expo
Jim has more than 30 years of sales and management experience. Jim has been with MFV Expositions for over 9 years and added Group Show Director to his title in 2010.
Jim oversees a staff of 3 Regional Sales professionals responsible for producing the three leading IFA sponsored franchise events in the United States. In addition, Jim is charged with recruiting international franchisor pavilions for all U.S. franchise events.
Prior to joining MFV Expositions, Jim and his brother owned an information technology agency for 19 years in New Jersey.
Eric Bell
General Manager, Franchise Gator
Eric has been with Franchise Gator since 2005, recently moving into the General Manager role. His franchising days started in 2002 as a franchisee of a popular tanning concept. Aside from being a franchisee he was also an operations manager, even helping to develop the Atlanta area selling franchises. In his 8+ years at Franchise Gator he has talked to hundreds of franchisors regarding their lead generation efforts. A culmination of these conversations can be found in his online presentation “Success With Franchise Portals.”
Eric was recently awarded his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification. When not in the office, he tends to his home based franchise, which consists of his wife Stacey and 2 kids, Presley and Spencer.
Stan Friedman
President, FRM Solutions
Stan is a 24 year franchising veteran that has held executive level positions at several franchise systems, including Blimpie, Wing Zone and Tutor Doctor. Currently, Stan is President of FRM Solutions, providing out of the box, “franchise-centric,” relationship management software for franchisors. Stan is a (CFE) and board member of the Southeast Franchise Forum. In 2011, Stan received the IFA’s Ronald E. Harrison Award for his ongoing work in diversity. He is also the co-founder of IFA’s (PAFI) Pro Athlete Franchise Initiative and has chaired its Advisory Board, since inception. PAFI works with twilight year pro athletes, helping them transition from the court or field, to the worlds of business and franchising.
Clarissa Bradstock
Chief Operating Officer and Acting CEO, Any Test Franchising, Inc.
Ms. Bradstock has served as a VP of Client Services, COO, VP of Operations and CEO of both private and publicly held organizations. She has extensive experience with healthcare related organizations focused on physicians, insurance carriers, nursing professionals and dental practices. In addition to managing operations, she has also served as a senior executive managing the acquisition and integration of over 30 companies within an 18 month period.
From 2007 to the present, Ms. Bradstock has served as Chief Operating Officer, located at Any Test Franchising, Inc.’s primary business location in Alpharetta, Georgia. She has been the Acting CEO since July 2013. She and her team are responsible for making the franchisees successful in reaching their operational and financial goals.
