She is currently the Director of Franchise Development for BrightStar Care. Prior to joining BrightStar, Son worked for the Marion County Visitor and Conventions Bureau, helping bring tourist into the county.

He is interested in key aspects of fitness and nutrition to help athletes reach their potential through hard work, dedication and proper dieting. Zelly has always been a very creative individual who aims to think outside the box for the greater good.
Stan Friedman, CFE

Stan Friedman is a 24-year franchising veteran. His current work in diversity is centered upon educating twilight year professional athletes about potential opportunities in franchising as Chairman of the IFA’s Professional Athlete Franchise Initiative. Stan is also a member of the board and chairs the Programming Committee for the Southeast Franchise Forum and is the immediate past vice chair of the International Franchise Association’s, (IFA) Diversity Institute. A frequent speaker at business development conferences nationwide, Stan also contributes regularly to the IFA’s Franchising World Magazine and is the host of “Sensible Franchising”, a podcast produced by the EpiCenter Network – home of the Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. As the President of FRM Solutions, his role is to harness all of this intellectual capital and deliver easily navigated and enjoyable solutions and experiences to our clients and their users.
