Brian will address the Krystal Company’s recent move from Chattanooga to Atlanta and the challenges and benefits associated with this move. He will also share the story of the Krystal Company and their plans for future franchising and company development.

Brian Blosser’s focus is on the expansion of the Krystal brand, tackling each new store with a goal of ensuring consistency in the development process and improving company profitability. With over 30 years of experience in the QSR industry, Brian is responsible for increasing growth in multiple new franchise markets and has a goal of expanding the Krystal brand to 500 stores in the next five years.
Brian started his career in sales and distribution for Nestle Foods. He then joined Church’s Chicken in 1992. He joined Winners Chicken & Biscuits in 1996 where he was responsible for operations & development in the Southeast. From 1999 to 2006, he owned and operated six Waffle House restaurants in Northwest Ohio. He then rejoined Church’s Chicken in February of 2006 where he was responsible for restaurant development. He left Church’s in 2010 and joined Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen where he was responsible for restaurant development and design. He joined The Krystal Company in 2012 and is currently responsible for the expansion of the brand. Throughout his career he was responsible for opening more than 1600 franchise and company locations throughout the continental U.S.
Brian is a graduate of Akron University and Marshall University.
