Join us for our January luncheon when we will discuss Franchisor/Multi-Unit Franchisee Strategic Partnerships. The meeting will include a panel discussion of how franchisees support their franchisor and in what capacity. The panel will also share advice for other franchisees who would like to improve their working relationship with a franchisor as well as what they would tell a prospective franchisee about the franchisee/franchisor working relationship in their brand.
The panel will be comprised of Mark Rinna, Popeyes franchisee, Norm Klemmer, Massage Envy franchisee and Regional Director, and Nancy Rosenberg, Sign-A-Rama franchisee.

Mark Rinna
Popeyes franchisee
When Mark Rinna began working with Popeyes in 1993, he was no stranger to the restaurant industry. After graduating from college, he immediately attended Arby’s management training program and remained with Arby’s for 15 years. From there, he enjoyed four years working for Taco Bell. Following that, he joined AFC Enterprises, first as Popeyes Brand General Manager and then as President. In 2000, Popeyes approached him with an opportunity to become a franchisee of the brand he had helped become so successful. He took advantage of the offer and is currently, with his wife Jane, owner of RRG, Inc., operating 12 Popeyes Louisiana Kitchens in Georgia and South Carolina. He is the current President of the Popeyes International Franchisee Association (PIFA) and has served on its board since 2010. He also has served on several PIFA committees over the years.
Norm Klemmer
Massage Envy franchisee and Regional Developer
In addition to being a Massage Envy franchisee and Regional Developer, Norm also is a member of the Massage Envy Franchise Advisory Council.
