A 1993 graduate of Baylor University, Mike Kahley entered the employee benefits business as an Account Representative for Great-West Life & Annuity (now a part of CIGNA Healthcare). He worked with hundreds of clients to understand aspects of managed care, funding alternatives, plan design, and effective communication strategies. He consulted on defined contribution 401(k) plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, and other financial products as well.
Mike uses his 19 years of experience and available data to outline the reasons benefit strategies will be successful and locates unique vendor partners to help make these strategies a reality.
